Reddit Toolkit

The Reddit toolkit connects Arcade to Reddit via OAuth 2.0, enabling LLMs to read and interact with Reddit content on behalf of authenticated users.

Account & identity: Retrieve the authenticated user's username and their own post history.
Subreddit discovery & moderation context: Check subreddit existence and accessibility, fetch subreddit rules, and list posts by listing type (hot, top, new, controversial) with time-range filtering.
Post reading: Fetch the body of a single post or efficiently batch-retrieve content from multiple posts in one request.
Engagement & posting: Submit new text posts, comment on posts, and reply to existing comments.

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 with Reddit as the identity provider. See the Arcade Reddit auth provider docs for setup details.

Returns: {"exists": True, "accessible": True} if the subreddit exists and is accessible. {"exists": True, "accessible": False} if the subreddit exists but is private or restricted. {"exists": False, "accessible": False} if the subreddit does not exist.
	Reddit.CommentOnPost	Comment on a Reddit post
	Reddit.GetContentOfMultiplePosts	Get the content (body) of multiple Reddit posts by their identifiers. Efficiently retrieve the content of multiple posts in a single request. Always use this tool to retrieve more than one post's content.
	Reddit.GetContentOfPost	Get the content (body) of a Reddit post by its identifier.
	Reddit.GetMyPosts	Get posts that were created by the authenticated user sorted by newest first
	Reddit.GetMyUsername	Get the Reddit username of the authenticated user
