Resend toolkit for Arcade integrates with the Resend transactional email API, enabling LLMs to send, schedule, retrieve, and manage emails programmatically.
Capabilities
- Send & schedule email: Send transactional email immediately or queue it for future delivery by providing a
scheduled_attimestamp; returns a Resend-assignedemail_id. - Manage scheduled email: Cancel or reschedule not-yet-sent emails by updating their delivery timestamp or removing them from the queue.
- Email retrieval: Fetch details and current delivery status of any sent or scheduled email by its Resend ID.
Secrets
RESEND_API_KEY — A Resend API key used to authenticate all requests. To obtain one, log in to the Resend dashboard, navigate to API Keys, and click Create API Key. Grant it at minimum Full Access (or Sending Access if you only need to send). Free-tier accounts are supported. Copy the key immediately after creation — Resend does not display it again.
